Voice Mail - Offered in Basic, Family and Business levels. This feature is a great alternative to an answering machine, and can be checked from anywhere you have access to a telephone.

Voice Mail User Guide
Basic level voice mail provides one mailbox.
Family level voice mail provides for up to 5 mailboxes.
Business level voice mail provides for up to 9 mailboxes.
Call Waiting & Cancel Call Waiting - Call waiting allows you to answer a second call when you're already on the phone. Avoid missing important phone when someone in your family is on the phone.
Cancel Call Waiting enables you to cancel Call Waiting before placing a call and eliminating the call waiting tone from interfering with data for computers and fax machines.

Caller ID Number Delivery - This feature provides for the display of the incoming telephone number on a customer-provided display device attached to the customer's telephone line or on a telephone with a built-in calling number display screen.
Caller ID Name Delivery - This feature provides for the display of the incoming telephone number and name on a customer-provided display device attached to the customer's telephone line or on a telephone with a built-in calling number and name display screen.
Caller Waiting ID - This feature provides for the display of the incoming telephone number, while on another call, on a customer-provided display device attached to the customer's telephone line or on a telephone with a built-in calling number display screen.
Direct Dial 900 Call Blocking - Blocks the direct dialing of 1-900-xxx-xxxx.
Teen Line - This feature allows a customer to have two telephone numbers assigned to the same line. Each number has a distinctive ring.
(The second telephone number has two short rings.)
3-Way Calling - Permits an existing call to be held, a second call established and added to the first call for a three-way conference.
Call Forward with Remote Access - Incoming calls can be transferred to another telephone number with Call Forward.

Remote Access allows you to activate Call Forward from any telephone.
(Activation process - dial 488-1111, your telephone number, your PIN, and activate or deactivate the type of call forwarding desired.) Contact the office for your Personal Identification Number or PIN.
Call Forward Busy - Provides forwarding of incoming calls that encounter a busy signal.
(Activation *90 or Rotary 1190, Deactivation *91 or Rotary 1191.)
Call Forward No Answer - Provides forwarding of incoming calls that encounter a no-answer.
(Activation code *92 or Rotary 1192, dial the number of rings till forwarded (2 through 9), and the telephone number you wish your calls to be forwarded to.)
(Deactivation code *93 or Rotary 1193.)
Automatic Recall - The telephone number associated with the last incoming call to the customer (called party) may be automatically redialed.
(Activation code *69 or Rotary 1169.)
Automatic Callback - The telephone number associated with the last outgoing call placed by the customer (calling party) may be automatically redialed. If the redialed telephone line is busy, the feature will remain active for 30-minute period and repeatedly check the idle/busy status of the line at intervals determined by the company. Should the called party's line become idle during this period, the customer will receive a distinctive ring. If the customer answers the ring, completion of the call to the called party will automatically be attempted. The customer need not wait for the completion of the Automatic Callback process to activate this feature for subsequent outgoing calls. The idle status of the line associated with each activation will be checked.

Selective Call Acceptance - This feature allows the customer to screen incoming calls against a list of sixteen customer-specified directory numbers and then accept any calls from those numbers.

Selective Call Rejection - This feature allows the customer to have the switch automatically reject calls from directory numbers on the customer's pre-designated screening list.
(Activation code *60 or Rotary 1160.)
Selective Call Forward - This feature allows the customer to transfer selective incoming calls to another telephone number.
(Activation code *63 or Rotary 1163.)
Toll Blocking - This feature blocks any toll calls from being dialed.
Push Button Dialing - Just push a button, faster than rotary dial and provides access to tone dialing and easier access to other features and services.
